According to Stuff.nz, Air New Zealand has been named New Zealand's "most attractive employer" for the second consecutive year.

The 2024 Randstad Employer Brand Research findings, released today, revealed that the airline stands out due to its financial health, reputation, and attractive salary and benefits.

Randstad, a global leader in recruitment and HR services, gathered perceptions from New Zealand workers to understand employee and jobseeker preferences. Air New Zealand has now claimed this top spot eight times.

Air New Zealand was previously voted the most attractive employer in 2019 for the third consecutive year and also held the title from 2011 to 2013. Due to winning the title three years in a row, it was ineligible to win the award for the following three years.

Nikki Dines, Air New Zealand's chief people officer, highlighted the importance of their employees in making the airline special. “They work extremely hard to provide outstanding service to our customers. We want to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for our Air New Zealand whānau, one where they can be themselves and grow their careers.”

Richard Kennedy, Randstad New Zealand’s country director, remarked that Air New Zealand continued to soar as New Zealand’s most attractive employer. “A solid example of an iconic Kiwi brand that has remained resilient, continuing to support its people and invest in its employer brand during challenging economic times.”
