Ryanair review by Roberto 2015-06-04

I have been using Ryanair now for the last five years and to be honest I have never really had a problem. Ryanair is a transportation facilitie which conveys individuals from one place to another at an exceptionally good price. Today I had a booking problem which was dealt with in under four minutes by an incredibly able young lady at their help centre. The Ryanair flight crews are truly amazing with pilots keeping to schedules by the second and cabin staff who really make a difference. If you are not in a position to fill out an application for a ticket online you can call the help number 0871 246 0000. And they will do it for you. It's worth pointing out however that there are a lot of the other numbers online which are actually a scam where they charge you a lot of money to connect you to Ryanair. In conclusion, for a no-frills service Ryanair certainly does do a good job considering the sheer volume of people they have to deal with on a daily basis. If I have to put down a negative it would be that there in-flight crisps and coffee are absolutely horrible !! Overall however top marks for Ryanair
