Ryanair review by Steph 2016-01-02

Ryanair chose to turn a one hour flight for passengers into 7. I was flying from Newcastle to Dublin, the weather was bad so the airline re directed us to Shannon (30 minutes air time from Dublin). They kept us on the Tarmac for 2 hours whilst other airlines temporarily landed in Shannon and then flew the passengers back to Dublin. We were then coached back 2 and a half hours instead of a 30 minute air journey. The staff did not offer anyone drinks or food during our time in Shannon. Very disappointed with the company's decision and th attitude of the staff.
