Qatar Airways review by Swarnalatha 2016-07-11

My self and my husband had a very pleasant experience with these air hostesses. Their names are Ms. Angie, Ms. Srishti Guptaa, Ms. Chamika and Ms. Tenzin Yangzom Butia. Their service is excellent. Very curtious, very friendly and very very helpful. Very happy flying with Qatara and we tell all our friends to fly Qatar. Already my daughter and family flew to London on 2nd July 2016 from Colombo. Cabin crew is very good with small children. Food is excellent. Only minus point is we didn't get our baggage on time on both ways. We flew lfrom srilanka on 23may to London at 3.26 am. From Heathrow we got our luggage after after 5hours. Coming back from Heathrow 7th June at 18.59 am To Srilanka we got our baggage well after 12 hours and we had perishable goods which got spoilt. Thank you
