At Washington Dulles airport, I want it to select the seats for my parents to be seated together in the plane. They said that it will cost me extra $22 per person. Well, I acsepted but they send me to diffrent person to pay for them. Then she told me that it will be $33 per person , not $22. Really, they told me first $22 and that`s why I accepted. I ask them to give me the first price that they told me, because it was their mistake. Unfortunately, the lady was rude and of course refused to stay behind their mistake. Thank you KLM.
