This airline is simply HORRIBLE. They lost my bag for 9 days which was my entire trip to Egypt. I had no medication, toiletries, shoes, or anything of that nature and they did nothing to help me. My bag was found found but I wasn't notified until I called them even though they had my number and email. They said it couldn't be returned to me because it wasn't between the hours of 10 to 2 though the phone number they provided doesn't work during those hours. With that being my last day and a 6am flight I ended up leaving without the very bag they lost and was told that the only thing they could do was forward it to me. The staff at the call center, Cairo Airport, Ammon Airport, and JFK DID NOTHING TO ASSIST ME. They passed me from one number to another number from one terminal to another terminal. They only thing that was consistent among them was the passing of the blame and we don't handle that.
