This was our first journey with Oman Air for my family of 5, going from Europe (Copenhagen, Denmark) to Kathmandu, Nepal and back. The planes, the seats and the service is average. Our plane from Kathmandu to Muscat was delayed, and we missed out connecting flight home, and airplane company has to bring you home. But not Oman Air: We met some very, very rude staff from Oman Air in the airport in Muscat. They talked to us like we were sheep. It was clear that it was not their problem, but ours. They simply refused to bring us home, but only to somewhere in Europe (Frankfurt), claiming that �all travel within Europe is Domestic�? It is pretty much the most stupid thing I have ever heard, and it is a clear non-compliance of the Montreal Convention We had to buy our own tickets from Frankfurt to Denmark for app. �2.000 - no help from Oman Air. After arriving home we wrote to Oman Air describing the situation. It took over 4 months and 20 emails to Oman Air customer services before they unwillingly refunded our money. I will NEVER fly with Oman Air again - anytime or anywhere. I will NEVER recommend travelling with them again - to anyone, anywhere.
