I flew from helsinky to singapore. I bought lounge service in airport together with tickets. No receipt came with purchase and when i called to customer service to ask explanation they told me that no extra service was bought with tickets. Very rude customer service on telephone and on aeroport desk. Be carefull do not buy extra service during the tickets purchase process, or they will just eat your money and no refund at all . Be aware!
