I was travel 2 ways with QA from juba to amman via diha and nirobi , the way back the QA change the time of flight from amman to doha and I stay more than 11 h in doha airport when I asked for book hotel room the refuse to give me one . and I discover when arrived to juba my luggage both broken and some item stolen , I make the clam as soon as I got access to internet ( life in south sudan not like anyplace you can get access to internet ) the QA reject my clam as below email (Dear Tailkh, After consulting with Qatar Airways on your case, please note we have been advised that, regrettably, your claim was rejected as creation of the online file was done 48hrs after your arrival.
