Norwegian review by Zlata 2016-11-13

I am an international traveler for over 25 years on BOS or NYC to Prague or Vienna round trips. I have tried just about every airline from British Airways, Swiss, KLM, Italia or Lufthansa. My first and last time flying Norwegian. I will NEVER fly them again. It may be bit cheaper initially, but if you ad up all the in flight extras and put a price tag on the unpleasant, rude, unhelpful and no WiFi service on a long international flight, you will be at the rate of all the other much more professional, experienced and state of the art airlines like Lufthansa or Swiss, who are my preferred airlines. Just call them "self-serve air"! Monitor did not work. The cabin crew is useless and as unhelpful as I have ever seen over the years. I never write reviews, but this experience brings me to make an exception. Never again, Norwegian Air.
