AKL ICN LHR ICN AKL. Very friendly but professional cabin crews and they were just fantastic!. All meal services were great and refreshment/juice throughout the flight. I am 6'1, but seats were very comfortable. Experienced heavy turbulence during final approach at LHR in a heavy storm. When you see the runway and your aircraft is plunging, you will brace yourself for the bumpy landing. But the crews were so professional and smiled all the way through the rough landing. Was I scaried? in that heavy storm, everyone was, but I felt safe....Will fly with them again definitely.
