What started out badly due to the service of the Lufthannsa staff in Rome, Who were late, non of them knew what to do the entire staff was rude. Turned into a delight, My husband and I and my cat flew from Rome. to Frankfort- to Las Vegas. The flight was good. When we arrived out luggage was fine.
