My Family and I fly with United Airlines for many years. I usually never write reviews because I don’t have the time for them. Due to my experience on 8/18/21 with Flight AU 1425 Newark, I am taking the time to write one. Although I had a bad experience, I also had a good one. I am giving it 5 stars because United Airlines has a very caring and attentive Manager Sussanne Caraffa and Yaquelyn Ramirez who went above and beyond to help a customer in need. They are both a great asset to the company. Supervisor Marta Sztyz does not represents this company well as she lacks of customer skills and professionalism. Despite my unpleasant experience with the supervisor, I am glad that the employees and the manager were able to act very professional with caring hands. As thus, I feel comfortable to continue to fly with United Airlines.
