The flight going to and from Hawaii was horrible. WestJet is a way to ruin the experience. To begin, of course this is the most basic flight... do not be surprised if they do not even offer you a drink of water at the rate that they are going. The seats are uncomfortable, and the upgrade? There is no upgrade!!! The AC is on full blast.. which means lets get the blankets out... but wait!!!! you have to pay to have a blanket.. now it makes sense why the AC is on, second no blanket no pillow. Since the technology is advancing you would assume they have a tv on the seats or at least in the middle of the plane.. NOPE and on top they claim "free wifi"... if only, more like cheap plane ticket for a cheap flight. It is the best way to get sick unless you bring a winter jacket with you and plan ahead. And lets not forget... NO FOOOD!!!! Good luck going on WestJest I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!
