Just got stuck in malaga airport for an extra 55 minutes in the plane, because there is air traffic issues...alot of empty seats around the front, so I thought because we are here for a while I need to see if I can get my self a bit more comfortable because of my long legs, I moved to some of the empty seats, and the flight manager comes up and just starts to read me the rules how unfair it is for me to move to this seats because I haven't paid for them,if I want I need to pay...am.seating there thinking am late 55minutes and the only thing in your mind is for me to pay or its unfair....as a manager this is a complete wrong judgement ..be flexible especially under the circumstances.... EDITORS COMMENT: Whilst we completely understand your thinking we have to agree with the airline on this one. You really should stay in the seat you are allocated for takeoff and landing - it's to do with weight balance. Also their policy, as a low cost carrier, is that no one gets 'the good seats' unless they have been paid for.
