Can't recline seats. Both flights delayed cause the transfer planes were late. And they ruined my brand new suit case, and said they couldn't do anything about it. $130 suitcase ruined from a trip from Washington DC to Columbus Ohio. 1 hr flight and they ruin someone's stuff. Broke the handle, ripped the bottom threads and scratched up the whole body.
