long time continental and united customer. Accrued about 200,000 miles on CO and UA. continental was great. united buying them ruined continental. this airline uses the 737 everywhere and its disgusting. 2 bathrooms (seats where the front bathroom should be) in economy. not 3! seats are brick hard and DVT risk. knees are smashed into seat in front. IFE is usually broken or ancient and too small. wifi is super expensive and unreliable and sometimes is united's version and sometimes gogo. both are bad. without status on this airline you are subhuman. with status you notices that between global services and 1k there is nothing left but table scraps for the rest. flight attendants tend to be more rude on this airline than other US airlines for some reason - i dont think they are treated well or are happy. bathrooms are undersized. way too much 737 abuse here. 737 are meant to do what the DC9 and 717 and MD80s did, short haul, 2-3 hours. now they have them doing 7 hours with less bathrooms. horrible experience. i consider myself lucky to get somewhere safe nowdays.
