Must truly be hard to find good help these days, because I could not seem to find a single employee with an IQ above room temperature. Multiple delays. Lost my luggage and damaged my other checked luggage after bouncing it around Europe for a week. Horrible flight staff, airport and call center customer service with conflicting information and zero interest in helping passengers, only focus is on booking new customers onto flights. Whatever happens to the passengers or their luggage after that apparently Norwegian doesn't care about. Multiple bags were on my flight that did not belong to any passenger on my flight and could've contained a Lockerbie-style bomb. Meanwhile, a handful of passengers from my flight also had their luggage scattered across Europe on other planes. Awesome. Just wow. Took me days and dozens of calls all over the world until I got any information about my luggage, took my additional months of fighting until I got a mere $100 to reimburse me for the $500+ damages they caused (excl. cost of international calls, efforts and inconvenience). I was informed that duffel bags should "expect damage" and it was my "fault" they sent my bag on the wrong flight, although
