UIA Ukraine International Airlines review by Oleg

I have been flying UIA regularly between NYC and Kharkiv, via Kiev. Lately, they have become a showcase of incompetence, greed and generally bad service. I can no longer recommend it. And will stop flying it myself. Basically it all comes down to general incompetence. They were given the book with rules, but were not taught to also use their head in order to avoid furstrating, idiotic situations and alienating their previously loyal customers.
