Economy Class

Put my itinerary together and made the reservation including our 'Special Meals' for both the out and return journeys. The meals were that 'Special' they never turned up on both flights! While the Purser on the return trip made out a Formal Complaint on his Tablet which I duly added my input resulting in a total lack of any sleep for the overnight flight back to Amsterdam. I was advised that KLM would contact me to discuss in 48 hours, well that was last week and the phone has still not rung over a week later! Meanwhile 'Customer Service' via email advise me that they only get involved in Post Flight 'problems'! DUH? So KLM unlike any other company or airline only have a 50% Customer Service Operation? Then maybe I should only pay half the price for my ticket as they can only provide half the service which at the end of it does not even qualify for that sort of price, as their representative refers to the wrong booking reference and a special meal that was not on my itinerary! Meanwhile after I think 5 emails excluding the one from the Purser to which I can add 2 requests for direct 'Feedback' this Mickey Mouse 'Outfit' are still having a laugh! Never again.
