I only ride PAL but lately their service is very disappointing. My flight to the US was 3 hours late. We had to wait two hours beyond schedule to board the aircraft as it had to land to Cebu first in what seemed to be an emergency landing. It was understandable, but waiting for another hour in the runway without explanations isn't. The captain announced that we're set for take off THRICE but didn't. Wish they had water bottles instead of cups.
