Since its change of leadership in 2017, the company has spiraled downward. It;s not about amenities like stale peanuts - it's about safety and the health of their passengers. I was on a flight from Providence RI to Minneapolis on Saturday, June 29. We were delayed, sitting on the tarmac on the plane for more than an hour. We were told that the delay was due to a problem with an AC unit. Once we were able to take off, it became quickly apparent that there was no fix and once again the cabin heated beyond endurance. No water or support from flight crew - only a suggestion that if we closed the window shades, if might be cooler. When we got to Minneapolis - some of ill from the heat, we were told that our baggage was delayed for twenty minutes. This company needs to pay attention to its roots and forget the self-aggrandizement of it's CEO. Do not fly.
