Ryanair review by Lindsey 2017-07-14

We were away in Portugal and were advised to return home as my mother was in hospital and on life support and was dying. We called Ryannaire and spoke to someone who could not speak proper English and did not understand how urgent it was that we return to the UK that day. He was very unhelpful, kept asking the same question over and over again and basically told us he could help us. All he could do was un-book us from our return journey 5 days later. They were really unhelpful, they need to employ people who speak english and whom we can understand. I will never travel with Ryannair again, no matter how cheap they are. In the end Jet 2 came to our rescue and got us home that evening.
