Certainly not the Emirates of the last decade, i fly quite regularly with this airline both Business and Economy and can say things have gone down hill greatly. Firstly prices are sky high compared to many other long distant airlines, planes have become dated and in serious need of TLC, food is mediocre at best but operations are the worst, excess seating costs, delays, and now seating allocation problems. Not to mention when connecting through Dubai emirates wants to save time on moving the planes so passengers are made to wait nearly one hour before entering the gate do due the planes parking for the night and slow transit to the gate, its a very uncomfortable experience and i would recommend to any first time connecting passengers to avoid Emirates Dubai connection at any cost.
