I bought my ticket 2 months prior to the departure on the 26th April 2019 and I included the priority on boarding option. Upon arrival at the airport I was told that the flight was full and I had no seat identified in the plane and I had a stand-by boarding pass-. They refused to give me back the not even10 euros I payed for a service I did not receive , because I used the flight. So, I payed priority boarding and I had to wait for ALL the people to board and take seats so they can see if there were any seats left. I was forced to pay the membership fee so I can have the priority on board, and surprise -your seat is NOT guaranteed on your selected flight. Attention to the luggage , always do your check in - or the fees at the airport can be even 40 euros for one person- and read very carefully the services bought. I would never recommend them. Use another airliner to make sure you won`t miss your vacation.
