Lion Air is a joke. My partner and I had to unfortunately take 3 flights with them within the span of 2 days... Never again. They ruined the end of my trip because most of it was spent at the airport in chaos. The first plane was from Lombok to Bali. This one was delayed by 3 hours and they got to a point where they just stopped updating passengers about what was going on. The second was the next day from Bali to Jakarta. They cancelled our first flight and changed it to another flight an hour later. The new flight was also delayed by another 30 minutes. Because of the cancellation and delay, we almost missed our connecting flight from Jakarta to Singapore... Also with Lion Air. What a joke. Upon arrival in Jakarta, there was no one there to guide us to the terminal to ensure we didn't miss our flight. The customer service staff at the arrival/connecting area had no idea what was going on and just sent us on our way to grab a shuttle to the next terminal... To which we got a phone call asking us where we were? As for the 3rd flight from Jakarta to Singapore, they had no running water in the bathroom to wash your hands with and apparently can't afford straws. AVOID
