The only reason I’ll give 1star is because there is no option for 0 star. They canceled my mother return flight and they offered me another flight month and a half after the flight they’ve canceled and a refund for the flight, but only one way, so it means they offered me to pay me back less than half the price that I paid for two ways. Everyone knows that the price of one ticket is almost the same with the price of two way. The only thing that I can do now is to leave 1star reviews on every site possible and never flight with LOT again, neither me or anyone that I know
