I booked a ticket between 25 and 29 of May 2017 from Brussels to Zadar with Ryanair.After a few days I received an email from Ryanair (with a subject: your trip to Zadar made simple) and in that there was a link if I wanted to book a car in Zadar.I clicked on the link and it opened a pre-filled form of Ryanair Car Hire for the booking. What I failed to see on the form was that the dates were automatically shifted by one day (24 and 28 instead of 25 and 29) so I continued with the booking of the car with the wrong dates; I paid the entire amount ( + extra insurance ) for 4 days. When I arrived in Zadar on the 25th there was no car waiting from as based on the booking start date (24th) I was delayed for a lot of time , so the company has rented the car to someone else (considering it a "no show"). So, to make a long story short: Ryanair Car Hire also refused any responsibility saying that I should have seen the mistake on the dates and change it.They would have provided the car if I was on time on the 24th. - Ryanair also refused any responsibility saying that it was my responsibility to check the dates ( although it was their email link that filled in the wrong dates).
