Business Class

My husband and I are not people that like to complain. However, Air France needs to know the following: Food is absolutely tasteless, simply horrible. Bread was even tasteless and dry. Balsamic vinaigrette is old and tasteless. The cheese should have been creamy, but was dry & cracking. (I took a photo) "Crisp vegetables" were soft/mushy & slivered so small they were almost non existent. The salad was only a few leaves of lettuce - nothing else. At breakfast the coffee was not ready & we were told it would be served in 20 minutes, which was 20 min. after the food trays were removed. We both said we should have bought a sandwich before boarding our BUSINESS CLASS FLIGHT. Boarding - upon entering the aircraft we were asked our seat assignment - 60L. Flight attendant gave seat directions - obviously she did not know the aircraft as her directions led us to walk the entire length of the plane through economy, we then asked another flight attendant at the rear of the plane & she told us it was UPSTAIRS! So we had to walk the entire length of the plane to our seats which were the very first row! Business class flight attendant just shrugged. POOR SERVICE!!!
