I was extremely disappointed by westjet once again. we were not just delayed but cancelled for 2 days! I could've been working and making money for these two days instead my 14 day vacation has been shortened to 12 days and I have to pay for 2 days lodging in St. Lucia which I won't even be enjoying and on top of it all we missed a wedding where my friend was to be the best man. Add to that the money spent getting to and fro the airport twice now. It's unacceptable that Westjet could not accomodate us with another airline leaving the same day or next day when there were indeed seats available. From being told by the westjet clerk at the airport that I would have to complain on the phone to the clerk on the phone telling me I should complain at customer service at the airport they seem adept at passing the buck but not solving problems of their loyal customers.
