The flight was 30min late boarding, 2 extra passengers issued boarding passes their baggage required unloading this delayed the flight by a further hour. Once in the air no inflight entertainment, Wi-Fi or music. 10 rows into food service they ran out of substantial snacks only junk left. Due to delays I missed my connecting flight, last flight for the day. You would think Iberia would be out to please, NO. I could not retrieve my bags, I had to stay in accommodation of their choice, no compensation. The accommodation at "Airport Suites" was appalling, single bed, no toiletries or night wear as told. The buffet meal was discusting, I stayed well clear. It is clear that this airline is a budget no frills option and should not be part of the One World Group of partners.
