Economy Class

Luggage was misplaced, unfortunately Virgin failed to contact myself, until after waiting 20mins for luggage to appear on carousel. It arrived 4 hrs later.. Upon the return flight which was booked in at 1.55pm weeks in advance, the flight was overbooked and the next available was 6.45pm. Staff 's response was we can reimburse you. Not helpful as the flight cost with another airline was over $300 extra to what I originally paid. Not impressed and what being flying Virgin again.
