My partner and myself flew on terrible circumstances and wish to thank Air NZ for their amazing support and understanding and for allowing us to board after gate closure. In addition to this my partner then went to fly back to Aust from NZ and news had to be passed onto him whilst on the flight and this also was done with the upmost professionalism Well done Air NZ your amazing.
