Olympic Air review by Kiah 2014-05-04

Horrible customer service!! I had a flight booked from Paros to Athens departing at 5pm, I made sure I had plenty of time to catch my connecting flight with Easy Jet from Athens to London. However to due to weather conditions the Olympic Air flight was cancelled, there were several unclear announcements informing us of a delay, however after an hour they decided it was too unsafe to fly. The staff at Paros airport behaved in an appalling and unprofessional manner, most of the passengers were not Greek, we were not informed of alternative flights, accommodation for the next nights, or refunds, all these eventually became available once we made a fuss otherwise no help at all! As for the connecting flight, ''not their problem''. Many of the passengers, including myself had to rebook connecting flights, which cost a fortune at such short notice. Above all, the staff were incredibly unhelpful and unsympathetic, and this is not the first time this has happened when travelling with Olympic Air! Deeply disappointed!
