Economy Class

Plane was late taking off, ticket staff were rude and unfriendly re our baggage and damaged baggage claim has not been answered five days later. I would not recommend this airline to anyone and I have flown with many different carriers. This was the worst for service and helpfulness. They seriously need to improve their customer service...it was disgraceful. The person who checked us through at the service desk was an exception.
