Business

I flew BUSINESS CLASS from SFO to DEL and back (Feb 10, Feb 24th). The problems were: (1) baggage claim upon arrival in San Francisco which took more than 45 minutes to arrive and the baggage carousel stopped many times. (2) window seat but could not get a good view through the window because the window was awkwardly placed toward the rear of the seat and the “cupboard” next to the flat surface was next to the window. (Every alternate seat (e.g., seats 2,4,6 etc) had this unfortunate configuration. (3) the arrival and departure times. The arrival to DEL (New Delhi) was at 12:45 AM and the departure was at 4:30 AM, leading to transit times of 6+ hours. (4) security in New Delhi (not United’s fault). Even though business class had a separate line the crates where we had to place our bags, mobile phones etc were too small, took too long to arrive and the women had to go to the same final security check as the non-business class.
