Air China's air planes are not bad. Most of the international flights are big and comfortable. However, if you buy tickets on their website and need to change the flights, it will be a huge trouble especially if it is not direct flight . First, they will tell you some parts of the flights are not Air China, and they can't change it for you. Then, you have to fill out a form and a copy of ID to get your refund. Plus, it takes 3-4 WEEKS! No kidding! When you change the date, they also ask you to fill forms to pay the difference. Just don't get yourself in trouble with their terrible service. Different service people will have different answers for the same question. You better call the third time to find out who was right and who was wrong!
