I wish I could give zero stars. I also wish we had made it to Edinburgh. About four hours before our flight we received a text message that it was cancelled. The only way to re-book was to call their customer service number. We were on hold for over an hour and so decided to drive to the airport, figuring a ticketing agent could rebook us. Oh no. Their customer service is so disgraceful that, after waiting in line, we were told we could only rebook - wait for it - using the phone number. Yes, the phone number that they don't answer. Why not just put up a sign saying "we are useless, don't bother waiting on line. We can't help you and don't care.: So we are now home, still on hold, with hotels, excursions, reservations all in jeopardy because Norwegian Air does not care about its customers. Will we make it to Edinburgh a day late? Will we have to cancel our entire vacation? I don't know.
