Klm keeping racism alive in 2019, unless you are a citizen of the Netherlands you may well see the racism aimed at you, i certainly did. forced to change seats so that dutch people could queue jump despite paying more to board early. Receiving verbal abuse from Klm staff for doing absolutely nothing except queue quietly for 4 hours. Then getting a big burly security guard to stand over me when i was sitting down and had not moved to try and intimidate me, pathetic Then best of all trying to justify it all by lying about a disabled passenger needed to use a wheelchair and the seat i was sitting in, this passenger did not need a wheelchair and was walking up and down the area quite happily and marched off down the boarding tunnel as soon as it was opened no wheelchair in sight. The only thing this person did was to speak in Dutch, then all other nationalities got second place. Thanks for ruining my family holiday
