I have a bad experience travelling with Malindo Air. They have a really bad customer service from on-ground to the air. First, this airline has no mercy for taking care of disable passenger. During the time while I'm travelling with my mom. My mom was on her wheelchair and may need a special first row seat for easy access. However, during the check-in. The staff told us that they do not have any seat in front (already occupied) and requested us to exchange it with those passenger by OURSELVES! Without helping us to request from other. Hence, the crew service was also atrocious. No eyes contact and feel arrogant. Did even pay an attention to my mom as a disable passenger on broad. Malindo Air having a very good product but not on their services.
