Worst Service and unhygeinic and unsafe food quality. I was travelling from Mumbai to Dubai via Muscat by Oman Air and had a very bad experience. 1) As if having insects in the food offered was not worse enough, after pointing out nobody bothered to exchange the meal. No apologies. 2) I was sick and coughing and has asked for warm water thrice, which they promised to get but never really did. 3) After calling them, they do not even turn up for 20-25 minutes. One one of the flights they even missed to give food to our row and after pointing out they had run out of Vegetarian options. The same thing happened on flight from Muscat to Dubai , by the time they reached our row, they had nothing veg left. So, basically got nothing to eat. On the way back, I got food to eat, but it had insect in it. 4) I submitted the feedback on their website, but nobody bothered there too. Wouldn't recommend.
