As a 1K with United for the past 15 years, i have seen the ups and downs of the airline. I can see an appreciable positive trend especially in the past 5 years, and now even more so coming out of COViD times. Technology, service both in air and on ground, and network are vastly improved. Perhaps a status thing, but i'm as loyal as i have ever been.
