Norwegian review by Stefano 2016-11-12

I have been flying with Norwegian once or twice a year from Oakland or Los Angeles to Stockolm or Oslo since they started flying between Europe and the USA. Also took some shorter flights between Scandinavia and Ireland or England. the first time I was not sure what to expect but I have been very pleased, all their personnel, on board and the checkin desks is helpful and friendly. Norwegian is real luxury compared to Ryanair. At the Norwegian checkin counter I have been able to check in and drop my luggage many hours before flight departure, as in 5 or 7 hours before. Try that with RyanAir. None of the constant prodding and annoying Ryanair does to try to convince to upgrade to priority boarding. The on board food is kind of expensive but i just bring my own. In a couple of occasions they fed us for free anyway, so I know the food is good. As the editor review mentioned you have plenty of legroom, I am 5'7" and my knees can't touch the seat in front of me even if I try, probably designed to accomodate the average scandinavian (much taller than 5'7").
