28 July 2019 flight Frankfurt-Kyiv 11 passengers were denied boarding right at the gate. The bus was waiting, but the plain captain said "it is enough" and 11 passengers were left behind. The whole registration was sluggish, personal at the gate seems like they hate their job. After they close the gate Wizz air did not offer any help which is a violation of regulation (EC) 261/2004 ! I saw people crying begging for help, some of them did not have any money to buy another ticket. Wizz air workers were so rude and morally disengaged. I have never seen such a meat grinder. This company sell double tickets and then makes customers hassle to get their money back. I sow several old ladies from Ukraine they do not know how to use a computer nor speak German or English language. Wizz air feeds on such a group of people, making its illegitimate revenue! Wizz air go away from the business!
