First, customer service is terrible. One of my problem was related to a third party company and ryanair customer service agent told me to talk with them. After my question "is this the way ryanair treats his clients" he wanted to send me a form to report this problem and to assist me. Somehow the connection was lost. Second agent didn't even understand my problem and asked me to call their call centre and of course to start everything again. The idea is I bought 2 tickets from esky, one for me and one for my daughter, and one of the bookings was canceled with no explanation. So, I booked again, paying around 70 GBP more. At the end we went to Stansted (London) having one ticket bought from esky and one ticket bought directly from ryan air. Esky did the online check in for me so we had 2 tickets, one checked in the other one no. I didn't know there is a fee for airport check in. However it is mentioned on their website/Terms. Anyway, they asked me for 55 GBP each, saying that the money are for check in. On the receipt is written "boarding pass issue fee". I saw this later. There is no "boarding pass issue fee" in their terms and one of the tickets was checked in! Anyway, this is about how to transform a low cost ticket in a high cost ticket.
