Terrible. Always delayed. Often cancelled. When a cancellation occurs they try and fly you from or two the wrong airport. IE Flight from Florence to London was cancelled so they offered to fly me to Rome the next day. Not helpful. And again. Flight from Florence cancelled. So they put my on a flight from Pisa where I had just travelled from.
