Booked flight from SFO to IKA (via stop in DOHA) flying out on July 15th. Flight left SFO 45mins late, go into DOHA 55 mins late, no fault of any passenger, not weather related. The Qatar staff in DOHA would not let us board our connecting flight saying the boarding has already closed! They bumped us off and put us on the next flight 6 hours away! They did not even check us into the lounge, saying it's "full". After flying 15 hours non-stop from SFO, my kids and I had to spend 6 hours at Doha airport sleeping on the floor. It hurt and injured my back and legs. I wrote to their complaint line and got a case# and a long email about how they are sorry about their sorry state of affairs and they are trying to improve but they didn't have the decency to show their genuineness by offering any kind of refund or benefit. First and last time I am flying with this airline.
