We had a problem with our flight at the beginning of our five week trip throughout Europe. As soon as we arrived home, I submitted a claim resulting from the problem. Aegean answered that they were under no obligation to resolve our problem because we did not submit our claim within the stipulated 21 days. While we submitted the claim within two days of getting home, it was well over the 21 days - we did not have the means to submit the claim while out of the country. Very disappointed that Aegean did not look at the big picture when sending this "canned" response!
