On QF 98 from Hong Kong to Brisbane. Best seats in Business of all airlines I have flown. Mattress and PJs excellent ideas. Staff were very good and service overall excellent. I have flown on some of Qantas's key competitors and there is no doubt that Qantas measures up very well. A superior product to most. My only criticism is the Neal Perry food. Need some simpler variation for those who don't need fine dining.
