Economy Class

On August 1, 2016 myluggage was lost coming from Managua to Washington Dulles airport DCA. We had to wait one hour to go they customs in Mexico City and transfer our bags to the DC flight. That was the last time I saw my bag. After I realized that my big wasn't on the bet I told one of the ataff that rudely asked me to wit. Just to get a lost baggage claim form took me two hours from the staff. I had to sent several emails to get a reply. The phone number that I got from the staff was a non working number. The email from the staff didn't work neither. 15 days later and I still don't have my bag or any resolution. Just to track somebody to reply to you is impossible.
